Personal Coaching
Personal Coaching is a versatile therapy based on the principles of Life Coaching whilst focussing on individual need and circumstance. This type of therapy can help you build confidence, increase self esteem, examine your goals, create a better life balance and enhance peace of mind.
The coaching relationship is one of equality, balance and non judgement in which we work together to identify those areas of your life in which you most need to achieve a sense of direction and purpose.
Coaching is neither counselling or therapy. During the coaching process you will be supported to make your own judgements and decisions, and the process will remain under your control. Though time will be given to discussing past experiences and the background of present issues, Personal Coaching focusses predominantly on the present
circumstances and stumbling blocks to progress while aiming towards a more successful, happier future.
Personal Coaching sessions are £25 per hour.
